Correct advertising.
The information you provide directly affects the residual value. And the top price.
Over 1,000 reputable and screened professional dealers submit bids for accident-damaged or used vehicles on AUTOonline. They do so exclusively via the internet, based on expert opinions or assessments. They rely entirely on the information provided by advertisers in order to judge for themselves how much a vehicle is worth to them.Using their EASYonline software they can look a photographs, damage calculation and the vehicle description. In view of more than 2,000 newly advertised vehicles every day these buyers don't have much time to make their business decision. To ensure bids for a vehicle are realistic and reflect its value, advertisers should pay attention to a few things:
- It is vitally important that you attach meaningful and informative photographs. You may upload a maximum of 16 photographs per vehicle. Usually 7 photographs suffice to make the decision easier for potential buyers. Please cover all angles, in particular the damage and make sure you also provide photographs of the vehicle interior.
- Please provide detailed information on the vehicle equipment. Our buyers are interested in all the details since this forms the basis of their decision for or against a vehicle.
- Remember to specify the engine type as well as heated seats or rain sensors
- Please don't forget to state whether or not VAT can be shown separately. This information is a main factor in the decision for or against a vehicle and affects the bid level.
- The more detailed the information you provide on the vehicle the easier the decision for the buyers and the more realistic the bids.
